Community Manager Team Lead

Required work experience: 3+ years

Employment: full-time

Location: remote

We're looking for a Community Team Lead to strengthen our team

Our team talks to Movavi users around the world every day and is focused on keeping our creative community active, friendly, and supported. The work is pretty varied: we answer questions on social media, help users solve product issues, run contests, create guides, and generally make sure our community spaces feel welcoming.

Some questions are quick and easy to resolve. Others need a deeper dive into technical details. Either way, we try to respond quickly while keeping the quality high, and make sure users feel heard.

You’ll also get to learn a lot about video and photo editing, prepare reports, and share updates and insights with the whole team. It’s a good fit for someone who likes digging into products and staying close to what’s happening in multimedia.

  • Manage and grow Movavi’s Reddit community
  • Reply to comments, questions, and brand mentions on Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Organize how we work with user feedback, reviews, and ratings on third-party platforms
  • Track ratings, reviews, social engagement, and the overall quality of user feedback
  • Prepare regular reports for marketing teams and leadership
  • Work closely with the SMM, SEO, and Brand teams
  • Keep Movavi’s voice clear, friendly, and consistent across all channels
  • Come up with ideas to help improve ratings and encourage users to share reviews
  • Launch and grow UGC activities through both our products and external channels
  • Encourage users to create and share content about Movavi products
  • Monitor brand mentions and join conversations in which we can help, answer questions, or add value

  • Experience in community management on Reddit, Discord, forums, social media, or similar platforms
  • Good knowledge of tools for working with social media, reviews, and user feedback
  • Analytical skills: ability to work with engagement, review, and rating metrics
