We're looking for a DevOps Team Lead to strengthen our team

We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to guide our Infrastructure team – both technically and as a people manager.

You’ll help keep our infrastructure reliable, scalable, and secure, build and improve CI/CD for web, desktop, and mobile products, and support the team as it grows and evolves.

What you'll get to do:

  • Set priorities, plan work, and support the growth of the team
  • Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security
  • Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products
  • Design and maintain infrastructure (Kubernetes, IaC, clouds/on-prem)
  • Improve reliability, performance, and security of services
  • Set up and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting procedures
  • Take part in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
  • Analyze incidents, run RCAs, and convert lessons learned into improvements
  • Advise development teams on day-to-day operations
  • Help define and improve DevOps standards and processes across the company

Required skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI / Jenkins / werf)
  • Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
  • Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
  • Experience building monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry, etc.)
  • Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles
  • Experience working closely with developers and business stakeholders

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices
  • Understanding of FinOps
  • Experience transforming infrastructure or scaling engineering teams
