We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our international software business

In this role, you’ll handle management reporting across multiple jurisdictions (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), take part in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and work closely with banks, auditors, and consultants.

You’ll be part of a global operation, helping improve the quality of financial data and reporting, streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and support key business decisions.

What you'll get to do:

  • Run management reporting across the group (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Consolidate and validate financial data across multiple jurisdictions for reporting, analysis, and internal use
  • Prepare internal financial reports and ad hoc analysis for senior management
  • Support month-end closes, including reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Manage the cash flow calendar and monitor liquidity
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Work closely with accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants on day-to-day financial matters
  • Handle bank requests, KYC processes, and supporting documentation
  • Improve processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the quality of financial data and reporting

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Mathematics; international certifications (ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR, etc.) are a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in finance (Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role)
  • Experience with management reporting and internal financial analysis
  • Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience working with multiple legal entities or within a group structure
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, array formulas)
  • Upper-Intermediate level or higher of English proficiency (for written communication)

Bonus points for:

  • Basic SQL skills (ability to write simple queries)
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, including familiarity with Cypriot banking regulations
  • Experience improving financial processes or automating reporting
  • Background in IT, Digital, SaaS, or Fintech
