We're looking for a Front-End Team Lead to strengthen our web development team

You’ll help us build a fast, engaging, and high-converting website and an e-commerce platform for our software – with Core Web Vitals (CWV) that consistently score 90+.

What you'll get to do:

  • Lead a team of 6 front-end developers – including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews
  • Manage development processes and improve CI/CD pipelines (with support from our DevOps team)
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the speed of front-end applications
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of front-end services
  • Participate in task estimation and workload distribution across the team
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver a high-quality product
  • Develop and maintain front-end services for the website and internal tools
  • Work on our website interface and product purchasing platform
  • Build and maintain SPAs and internal front-end libraries
  • Write efficient, maintainable code that aligns with company and industry best practices

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a front-end team
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js 3, and TypeScript
  • Proven debugging skills – both client- and server-side
  • Solid understanding of SSR
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and aligning with back-end teams on interface contracts
  • Hands-on experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc., and understanding how to create builds that execute quickly
  • Experience working with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and Sentry
  • Experience writing unit tests with frameworks like Jest or similar
