We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to strengthen our analytics team

We’re looking for a specialist with strong technical skills and experience working with subscription-based products. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our marketing and analytics teams, taking on a wide range of tasks – from building predictive LTV (customer lifetime value) models to developing BI dashboards. Down the line, this position could grow into a team lead role, managing 2–3 analysts.

What you'll get to do:

  • Test marketing and product hypotheses using data
  • Explore patterns and trends through deep-dive analysis
  • Build and maintain BI reports for multiple teams
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests to support ongoing initiatives
  • Work on modeling and forecasting customer LTV
  • Develop and refine our attribution model
  • Assist marketing teams with budgeting and performance modeling

Required skills:

  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries
  • Solid experience using Python for analysis and data visualization
  • Hands-on experience with BI platforms
  • Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimentation methods
  • English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and analytical materials
