We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to strengthen our analytics team

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst with strong technical skills and experience working with subscription-based products. In this role, you’ll help bridge the gap between marketing and analytics: helping marketing teams make data-driven decisions, improve LTV forecasting, work with attribution, build BI reporting, and handle ad hoc tasks.

What you'll get to do:

  • Use date to validate marketing and product hypotheses
  • Run exploratory analyses and identify patterns, growth opportunities, and reasons behind metric changes
  • Build, maintain, and improve BI reports for multiple teams
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for marketing, product, and business needs
  • Work on LTV modeling and forecasting
  • Develop and improve attribution models
  • Support marketing channels with budgeting and performance modeling
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and their impact on business metrics
  • Work with large datasets, write complex SQL queries, and use Python scripts for analysis and visualization
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and development teams
  • Prepare insights and present complex analytical findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Required skills:

  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries
  • Experience using Python for analytics, data processing, and visualization
  • Experience working with BI systems
  • Solid knowledge of statistics and the mathematical foundations needed for hypothesis testing and experiments
  • Experience with marketing analytics and business metrics
  • Understanding of subscription models and metrics such as LTV, retention, CAC, payback, and ROI/ROAS
  • Ability to run deep data analyses and turn findings into clear business insights
  • English skills sufficient for reading technical documentation and analytical materials
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Subscription-based B2C products
  • Building or improving LTV models
  • Developing or improving attribution models
  • Marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, affiliate, paid social, and others
  • Participating in A/B tests and evaluating the results
  • Building regular management reporting and presenting business results
  • Growing a small team of analysts
