We're looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer to strengthen our team

Want to create content people actually watch, talk about, and share with others? We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to become a key driver of our video content for YouTube, VK, and other major platforms. This isn’t a “just animate what’s there” job. We need someone who will shape the results, thinks like a director, and truly understands the audience.

What you'll get to do:

  • Direct the edit and personally shape every episode – from concept to final rendering
  • Create expressive animation, motion graphics, and effects that hook viewers immediately
  • Use AI tools to speed up and optimize production
  • Build and evolve AI avatars (HeyGen) and work with virtual characters
  • Take part in shoots: prep, shot composition, and visual quality control
  • Analyze performance metrics – views, retention, engagement
  • Generate ideas that grow reach and meet key performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with producers, writers, editors, and designers
  • Help shape the Movavi Vlog brand; design systems and episode templates
  • Automate elements of the video production pipeline
  • Adapt content for audiences across different countries

Required skills:

  • 5+ years as a Motion Designer and Video Editor
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Figma, Photoshop, HeyGen
  • Understanding of AI tools for video and image generation/processing
  • Experience working with stock platforms (Shutterstock, Getty Images, Stocksy, Artlist, etc.)
  • Relevant education is a plus
