What you'll get to do:

  • Develop and present product strategy
  • Create and prioritize a roadmap to enhance product functionality and achieve key metrics
  • Conduct market and user research to identify product growth opportunities
  • Work with metrics to monitor key indicators, use analytics systems, and make data-driven decisions
  • Optimize the product’s business model and monetization
  • Run A/B tests with our analytics team and manage a backlog of experiments
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and analysts
  • Work with the marketing team to shape the product promotion strategy
  • Collaborate with the art team to develop appropriate content strategy
  • Mentor and support the growth of other product managers on the team

Required skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager working on large-scale B2C mobile apps with subscription models and a focus on Tier 1 markets
  • Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude
  • Advanced project management skills and a record of completing projects on time
  • Ability to analyze the mobile app market: identifying trends and tracking competitors
  • Deep understanding of mobile app monetization
  • Experience developing both growth and core product components
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing
