We're looking for a Lead SEO Specialist to strengthen our Marketing team

You’ll take charge of promoting our video converter in English-speaking markets, with a primary focus on the U.S.

This is a key role with a direct impact on the business. You'll be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, managing content and link-building efforts, generating and testing hypotheses, and hitting download goals.

What you'll get to do:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for English-speaking markets
  • Analyze niche markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate and test hypotheses to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
  • Manage content production, set deadlines, and ensure quality delivery
  • Oversee and optimize link-building processes
  • Prepare plans and reports and participate in weekly sprints

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years working in English-language markets
  • Proven success in growing organic traffic and ranking in the top 3 Google results in competitive niches
  • Understanding of SEO for large-scale websites with templated or similar-type pages
  • Experience in product or service companies, or full-cycle projects at digital agencies
  • Ability to set up workflows and manage projects independently
  • Strong skills in hypothesis generation, decision justification, and presenting results
