We're looking for a Mid-level/Senior SEO Specialist to strengthen our Marketing team

We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist who knows how to uncover unconventional growth opportunities across both search and LLM-driven results. Right now, our main goal is to increase brand visibility for high-intent queries that matter to the business.

The challenge is to find ways to grow traffic in a zero-click search environment.

What you'll get to do:

  • Build SEO and LLM/GEO strategies for US, UK, and European markets
  • Find opportunities to grow traffic, downloads, revenue, and brand visibility in AI search
  • Analyze SERPs, AI-generated results, competitors, and search algorithm updates
  • Work with keyword research and semantics: collection, clustering, intent analysis, scoring, and prioritization
  • Develop and test hypotheses, then scale the approaches that work
  • Handle technical SEO, link building, and process automation
  • Create briefs and requirements for content and development teams, and follow through on implementation
  • Plan initiatives, track results, and help shape the company’s broader SEO strategy

Required skills:

  • Hands-on SEO experience and a solid understanding of modern LLM/GEO approaches
  • Experience with keyword research, technical SEO, and link building
  • Strong SERP and competitor analysis skills, with an eye for growth opportunities
  • Experience creating clear tasks and requirements for content and development teams
  • A hypothesis-driven mindset and the ability to evaluate results through business metrics
  • Independence, structured thinking, and genuine interest in SEO, AI tools, and automation
