What you'll get to do:

  • Manage shifts and workload distribution
  • Lead and develop your team (performance, motivation, growth)
  • Work with support metrics to improve processes
  • Hire and onboard new team members
  • Participate in projects
  • Collaborate on cross-team initiatives with other departments

Required skills:

  • Experience with helpdesk systems
  • Understanding of customer support metrics
  • Experience in management based on data and metrics
  • Basic data analysis (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • People management (task setting, workload distribution, performance tracking)
